Hal Lawton, President and CEO*

Hal Lawton has served as President and CEO of Tractor Supply Company since January 2020. Previously, Hal served as President of Macy’s from September 2017 to December 2019. As President, he had responsibility for all aspects of the Macy’s brand, including merchandising, marketing, stores, operations, technology and consumer insights and analytics. Prior to that, Hal was Senior Vice President, eBay North America from August 2015 to September 2017. In that role, he oversaw all aspects of eBay’s Americas business unit, including marketing, merchandising, operations, business selling, consumer selling and advertising, as well as global responsibility for shipping, payments, risk and trust. Before joining eBay, Hal spent 10 years in various leadership roles at Home Depot, where he most recently was Senior Vice President for merchandising. Hal was responsible for elevating Home Depot’s Internet business and building it to nearly $2 billion in sales. Prior to that, Hal was an associate principal at McKinsey & Co., providing strategic advice to executive teams in consumer-packaged goods and manufacturing industries. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Chemical Engineering and Pulp and Paper Science Technology from North Carolina State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia. Hal has served on the board of Sealed Air (NYSE: SEE) since 2019.

Kurt Barton, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer*

Kurt Barton has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Tractor Supply Company since February 2019 and is a member of the Company’s Executive Committee. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since March 2017 and as Vice President, Controller and Assistant Corporate Secretary from February 2009 to January 2016. Kurt joined Tractor Supply Company in August 1999 and held various other leadership roles in both accounting and internal audit from 1999 through 2009. Prior to joining Tractor Supply Company, Kurt, a Certified Public Accountant, began his career in public accounting in 1993, spending six years at Ernst & Young, LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Bob Jones University.

Seth Estep, Executive Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer*

Seth Estep has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer of Tractor Supply Company since February 2020 and is a member of the Company's Executive Committee. He assumed responsibility for Petsense in January 2020. Seth first joined Tractor Supply in 2005 as a Project Manager and Marketing Coordinator, a role he served in until 2007. From 2007 to 2008, Seth was an Equity Research Analyst at BB&T Capital Markets. He rejoined the company in 2008 and held various leadership roles in Merchandising with increasing responsibilities until 2014, when he was promoted to Vice President, Divisional Merchandise Manager. Beginning in 2017, Seth served as the Senior Vice President, General Merchandising and was named a member of the Company's Executive Committee in June 2019. Seth is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Belmont University with an MBA in Finance. He serves as President of the Board of Directors of Saddle Up!, a non-profit that provides equine-based therapy to children with disabilities.

Robert Mills, Executive Vice President, Chief Technology, Digital Commerce and Strategy Officer*

Rob Mills has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Technology, Digital Commerce and Strategy Officer of Tractor Supply Company since August 2018 and is a member of the Company’s Executive Committee. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer from 2014 to 2018. In this role, he is responsible for leading teams in charge of building technology platforms to support the growth of all business functions, overseeing Ecommerce and coordinating the Company’s long-term strategy. Prior to joining Tractor Supply, Rob was the Chief Information Officer for Ulta Beauty from October 2011. From 2005 to 2011, he was Vice President, Chief Information Officer for the online business unit at Sears Holdings Corporation, where he began as an Information Technology Customer Relationship Leader in 2001. Rob held roles at Allstate Insurance, Rockwell International Telecommunications Division and Household Finance Corporation. He has been a Director of B&G Foods, Inc. (NYSE: BGS) since March 2018. Rob also serves as an Independent Director of OneSight and as Chairman for the NRF CIO Council. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from DePaul University.

John Ordus, Executive Vice President, Chief Stores Officer*

John Ordus has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Stores Officer of Tractor Supply Company since February 2020 and is a a member of the Company’s Executive Committee. In this role, he oversees Store Operations, Customer Solutions, Loss Prevention and Store Administration. With over two decades of experience in Farm and Ranch retail, John joined Tractor Supply as a Store Manager in 2002 and held various leadership roles spanning from District Manager to Regional Director from 2003 to 2009, before becoming the Vice President of Store Operations of the Southwest region from 2009 to 2015. Beginning in 2015, John served as the Senior Vice President, Store Operations and was named a member of the Company’s Executive Committee in June 2019. Prior to joining Tractor Supply, John was a Store Manager at Quality Farm & Fleet from 1998 to 2002. He attended Central Michigan University.

Ben Parrish, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary*

Ben Parrish has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Real Estate and Construction and Corporate Secretary of Tractor Supply Company since February 2016 and is a member of the Company’s Executive Committee. He previously served as Senior Vice President - General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from 2010 to 2016. Prior to joining Tractor Supply Company, Ben served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of MV Transportation, Inc., a transportation services company, from September 2008 until 2010. He served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Central Parking Corporation, a parking services company, from 1998 to 2008. Ben has also served as a director of the Retail Litigation Center, the legal arm of the Retail Industry Leaders Association, since 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and government from Mercer University and a Doctor of Law from the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law.

Colin Yankee, Executive Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer*

Colin Yankee has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer of Tractor Supply Company since February 2020 and is a member of the Company's Executive Committee. In this role, Colin has responsibility for management of all transportation and distribution center activities for Tractor Supply Company, as well as the distribution center growth strategy and continuous improvement of supply chain operational efficiencies. Colin joined Tractor Supply in November 2015 as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain.Prior to joining Tractor Supply, Colin was Vice President, Logistics for Neiman Marcus from 2013 to 2015. From 2011 to 2013, he served as Senior Director, Distribution and Transportation for Target Corporation, where he began as Production Planner and Operations Manager in 2004. Before 2004, he served as a Cavalry Officer, Captain in the United States Army. Colin earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY, and a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.

Christi Korzekwa, Senior Vice President, Marketing*

Christi Korzekwa has served as Senior Vice President, Marketing of Tractor Supply Company since February 2015 and is a member of the Company's Executive Committee. In this role, Christi leads the strategic marketing across all communication channels for national, regional and local initiatives, as well as loyalty marketing through the Company’s Neighbor’s Club program. She joined Tractor Supply in 2012 as Vice President, Marketing. Prior to Tractor Supply, Christi served as Senior Vice President, Director of Client Services for Blue Sky Agency from 2011 to 2012. Christi worked for The Home Depot from 2004 to 2011 in roles of increasing importance, most recently as Senior Director, Marketing. Before joining The Home Depot, Christi spent 17 years with TM Advertising working in partnership with American Airlines as their SVP, Global Media Director, responsible for Marketing in 36 countries including the US, Latin American, Europe, Asia, and Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Science in advertising from The University of Texas at Austin.

Mary Winn Pilkington, Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Public Relations

Mary Winn Pilkington has served as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Public Relations of Tractor Supply Company since September 2019. Mary Winn joined the Company in 2018 as the Vice President, Investor Relations and Public Relations. Prior to joining Tractor Supply, she spent nearly nine years at Dollar General, most recently as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Public Relations. Prior to Dollar General, Mary Winn served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Public Relations at The Pepsi Bottling Group, where she spent nearly 10 years. Under Mary Winn’s leadership, the Investor Relations programs at all three companies have received national recognition and accolades during her tenure. She also spent 10 years at International Paper in various finance positions of increasing responsibility. Mary Winn began her career with Ernst & Young. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Mississippi State University and is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute. 

Letitia Webster, Senior Vice President, Ecommerce

Letitia Webster has served as Senior Vice President, Ecommerce of Tractor Supply Company since December 2019. In this role, Letitia leads the Ecommerce, Omni Channel and Master Data Management business functions to drive a common customer experience across all channels. She joined the Company in 2014 as the Divisional Merchandise Manager for Omni Channel and served as the Vice President of Omni Channel from March 2015 until assuming her current role. Prior to joining Tractor Supply, Letitia spent 27 years at Sears Holdings Corporation, most recently as Senior Director and General Manager of Online, where she was responsible for marketplace sales growth through category expansion, merchandising and third-party partner acquisition. Letitia holds a Bachelor of Science in apparel and textiles from The University of Alabama, and she is a member of the NRF Digital Council.
