Mr. Lawton serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since January 2020. Previously, Mr. Lawton served as President of Macy’s Inc. from September 2017 to December 2019. From May 2015 to September 2017, Mr. Lawton served as Senior Vice President, North America at eBay, Inc. Mr. Lawton previously held a number of leadership positions at Home Depot, Inc. from 2005 to 2015, including Senior Vice President of Merchandising and head of Home Depot’s online business. In November 2025, Mr. Lawton was appointed as a director of Wayfair, Inc. Mr. Lawton also previously served as a director of Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. from October 2016 to February 2018 and Sealed Air Corporation from January 2019 to February 2026.
