Kurt Barton has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Tractor Supply Company since February 2019.

Kris Bybee has served as Senior Vice President, Finance & Strategy since April 2026.

Pat has served as Senior Vice President Store Operations, East Division since 2021.

Randall Dodds has served as Senior Vice President, General Merchandising Manager since February 2023. 

Seth Estep has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer at Tractor Supply Company since February 2020.

Melissa Kersey has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources of Tractor Supply Company since July 2020.

Hal Lawton has served as President and CEO of Tractor Supply Company since January 2020 and is a member of the Company's Board of Directors.

Craig Ledbetter has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer since July 2026. In this role, Craig has responsibility for management of all transportation and distribution center activities for Tractor Supply Company, as well as the distribution center growth strategy and continuous improvement of supply chain operational efficiencies. Craig joined Tractor Supply in December 2017 as Vice President, Distribution Operations and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Distribution Operations where he had responsibility for management of all distribution activities for Tractor Supply, including distribution centers, mixing centers, import transload centers and distribution operations excellence. Prior to joining Tractor Supply, Craig served as Senior Director, Distribution for Target Corporation from 2011 to 2017, where he began as Senior Operations Manager in 2006. Before 2006, Craig was Plant Manager for Federal-Mogul Corporation, where he began his career as a Packaging Design Engineer. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science from Jacksonville State University.

Nicole Logan has served as the Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager since 2023.

John Ordus has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Stores Officer of Tractor Supply Company since February 2020.

Mary Winn has served as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Public Relations since 2019.

Brad Rogers has served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate & Construction for Tractor Supply Company since August 2022.

Matthew Rubin has served as Senior Vice President and President of Digital for Tractor Supply Company since May 2025.

Neil Tenzer has served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer and Pet Health since August 2026. In this role, he leads strategic marketing across all communication channels for national, regional and local initiatives, as well as loyalty marketing through the Company’s Neighbor’s Club program. Additionally, he holds responsibility for Allivet and VIP Petcare, part of Tractor Supply’s pet services offering.

Neil joined Tractor Supply in 2021 after serving in leadership roles at EssilorLuxottica, Abercrombie & Fitch and Kearney. At Tractor Supply, Neil initially served as Vice President, Strategy & Business Development and led the development of the company’s Life Out Here strategy, as well as the acquisition of Orscheln Farm & Home. In 2023, Neil transitioned to Vice President, Customer Loyalty, Insights & Engagement, where he played an instrumental role in leading and growing the Company’s Neighbor’s Club program. Most recently, Neil served as Senior Vice President of Petsense by Tractor Supply.

Neil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from Indiana University, an MBA from the University of Oxford and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Blake is Senior Vice President of Retail Operations at Tractor Supply Company, where he leads retail operations with a focus on operational excellence, talent development, and delivering an exceptional experience for Team Members and customers.
